When you make a booking with Kajybyo Travel, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract is formed between you and us when we issue a confirmation after receiving your booking request and any applicable payment.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

For bookings made within 45 days of the commencement of services, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments must be made in the currency specified on your invoice. You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. If we can make the changes, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred by us.
We reserve the right to make changes to your booking after confirmation if necessary. Most changes will be minor, and we will inform you as soon as possible.
If we make a significant change to your booking (such as a change of destination or a change to a lower standard of accommodation), you have the right to:
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party have valid passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, and other documents required for travel to your chosen destination. We cannot accept liability for any loss or expense incurred due to your failure to comply with these requirements.
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other risks. Your insurance should cover the entire duration of your trip and all activities you plan to undertake.
We will accept responsibility for the arrangements we agree to provide for you as an "organizer" under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Subject to these terms and conditions, if we or our suppliers negligently perform or arrange the services which we are obliged to provide for you under our contract with you, and we don't remedy or resolve your complaint within a reasonable period of time, we will pay you reasonable compensation.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
